One of the most likely scenarios is you are buying a product sold by an overseas company. In our world we are often doing business unknowingly with international companies. When I went to NYC in college with friends we bough a pass to get into all the attractions. After attempting to purchase them online and being denied I called my credit card company only to find out that the company was located in the UK and I had to call to get authorization for foreign transactions.
Mutu is a UK based company and I know many people are declined for that reason. If you are declined it isn’t a big deal. Simply call your credit card company, state you are making the transaction, and you should be able to complete the transaction without an issue!
